College Application Support for Seniors

Seniors work one-on-one and directly with me through the process, from early planning to final submission. I guide their thinking, structure, and revisions, but the writing stays with them.

Timeline: June to November 2026

My work with seniors includes:

  • Developing a clear application strategy aligned with each student’s goals and interests

  • Building a balanced, thoughtful college list, including guidance on application timelines and deadlines

  • Coaching students through personal and supplemental essays with an emphasis on authenticity, clarity, and depth

  • Helping students present their activities and experiences in a cohesive and meaningful way

  • Advising on recommendation letters, including how to choose recommenders and make the request professionally

  • Preparing students for college interviews when applicable

University of California Application

$2,299

This service includes five (5) 90-minute live instructional sessions, up to four rounds of written feedback, and additional support through email and text between meetings.

Behind the scenes, I spend extra time preparing customized materials, reviewing drafts, and writing detailed feedback to help strengthen your UC profile. This ensures your experiences clearly reflect the 13 Factors of Comprehensive Review used in UC’s holistic application process.

You will work through guided reflection exercises, brainstorming worksheets, and writing templates, and review real UC Personal Insight Question (PIQ) samples from former students to see what strong responses look like.

This process is designed to help you develop thoughtful, authentic responses rather than rushed essays written at the last minute.

Through this process, you will:

  • Understand UC 13 Factors of Comprehensive Review, and they shape your UC profile

  • Understand what each UC Personal Insight Question is asking

  • Identify the four prompts that best match your experiences & strengths

  • Use guided worksheets to brainstorm and refine strong topic ideas

  • Develop a clear structure and focus for each PIQ response

  • Reflect on your experiences with depth, not just describe what you did

  • Draft and revise your responses with clear and targeted feedback

  • Present your UC activities, classes, and responsibilities clearly

  • Stay on track with a realistic timeline for UC Application deadline
